Meet Christophe Guillou BonjourChristophe Guillou is a French born Head Chef. He hails from Brittany, a French province and coastal town bordering the English Channel where fresh local produce from land and sea are always abundant. Growing up with a chef father instilled a love of food and cooking inspired Christophe to follow in his fathers footsteps. Christophe then fell in love with the Sunshine Coast, Queensland where he has called home for the last 20 years.
